As not to repeat myself, the key for each month is below:
Key:
Ongoing - Used for titles that don't particularly have a start or end i.e. Battle Royale games, Rocket League etc.
Started - Started played the title.
Carried Over - Started playing the title in 2018 (or before) and continued on before mentioned date.
Continued - Continuation of a title started in 2019.
Completed - Self-explanatory, continued the title, but completed it during this session. With any relevant notes I wish to add.
Streamed - Self-explanatory, I streamed my gameplay and link to video follows.

Binned - Continued playing, but have given up for whatever reason. Will provide explanation for giving up.
Plink! - Earned a trophy, I'll put this directly under the title it relates to and list type, title of trophy and the time earned (UK).
PS Plus added to account - Downloaded PS Plus titles to my account on the before mentioned date.
Picked up - Picked up from physical store (CEX, Game etc.)
Charity Find - Picked up from a charity shop.
Digital Title - Brought the title digitally.
